Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mahjong 101 Lessons & Guided Play

• Registrations may be canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled event.
• Eligible cancellations will receive Bamboo Room store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for store credit.
• If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest by notifying us before the event.

Leagues

• League registrations may be canceled 48 hours or more before the first league session and will receive Bamboo Room store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
• Once the league begins, registrations are non-transferable and no credits or refunds will be given for missed sessions.
• Missed league sessions cannot be made up or credited.

Special Events

• Registrations canceled 48 hours or more before the event will receive Bamboo Room store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for store credit.

Open Play

• Open Play reservations may be canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled session.
• Eligible cancellations will receive Bamboo Room store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for store credit.
• Reservations may be transferred to another guest by notifying us before the session.

Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Membership benefits, discounts, guest passes, and punch passes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for refunds.
• Memberships may be canceled according to the membership terms, but previously paid membership fees are non-refundable. Membership is a 3-month commitment.

If The Bamboo Room Cancels

If The Bamboo Room cancels an event due to severe weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, registered guests will receive Bamboo Room store credit, a full refund, or the opportunity to transfer into another available session.
